Role Description
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Flutter App Developer to design and build high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Flutter, capable of integrating native Android/iOS features, and experienced in writing clean, testable, and maintainable code. The role requires collaboration with project managers, QA specialists, and product teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric applications.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable, sophisticated mobile applications using Flutter.
Create custom Flutter packages by integrating native Android and iOS functionality.
Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code.
Apply design patterns (MVC, MVVM) for maintainable and testable architecture.
Follow best practices for documentation, structured coding, and security guidelines.
Use Git for version control and collaborate effectively within the team.
Communicate with Project Managers to provide progress updates and realistic deadlines.
Suggest and implement new features, enhancements, and user feedback improvements.
Collaborate with QA to ensure app stability and bug resolution.
Conduct performance tuning, memory usage assessments, and unit testing.
Maintain systematic documentation and record-keeping aligned with ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 standards.
Required Skills
Flutter Expertise: Strong experience in building apps for Android, iOS, and Web.
Native Development: Experience creating custom plugins for Flutter (Android/iOS).
Architecture & State Management: Familiarity with Bloc or Riverpod.
Offline Capabilities: Proficiency with local storage solutions (Hive, ObjectBox, etc.).
Custom Widgets: Ability to build reusable, scalable UI components.
Version Control: Strong experience with Git.
Good to have: Angular, Bootstrap, JavaScript
