Role overview:
We are seeking a visionary for Client Growth & Technology Leadership to spearhead CodeCraft’s journey from a founder-led organization to a professionally-led growth company. This role demands a unique blend of deep technical expertise, solution-oriented mindset, emerging technology awareness, and sharp business acumen.
The ideal candidate will have successfully transitioned from software engineering to technical leadership, and then to client acquisition & partnership growth. They will take ownership of expanding existing accounts (farming), acquiring new ones (hunting), and delivering innovative technology solutions that create measurable client impact.
This VP will act as both a strategic leader and hands-on partner, shaping solutions, driving growth, and representing CodeCraft as a trusted advisor to global clients.
Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Client Leadership
Own the end-to-end revenue growth charter for the USA region.
Drive new client acquisition (hunting) and expansion of existing accounts (farming) with equal focus.
Build and execute strategic account plans in alignment with company goals.
Partner with C-level stakeholders to understand business problems and architect solutions.
Technology & Solutions Leadership
Stay ahead of emerging tech trends (AI/ML, Cloud-native, Mobility, Web3, Generative AI).
Define solution roadmaps and position CodeCraft as a technology consulting partner.
Be hands-on in shaping proposals, architectures, and POCs.
Ensure delivery excellence through alignment with engineering leaders.
Leadership & Organizational Growth
Act as a bridge between founders, leadership, and global clients.
Mentor technical leaders into client-facing solution roles.
Drive a consulting-first mindset across teams.
Build credibility with clients through sharp technical depth + business alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
15+ years of experience spanning software engineering → technical leadership → client partnerships.
Proven track record in both client acquisition and account mining/farming (not one-sided).
Strong background in software development (hands-on or recent) with ability to engage technically.
Expertise in cloud-native, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
Business acumen with proven success in solution selling and revenue growth.
Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and outcome-oriented.
Prior experience in scaling organizations from founder-led to structured growth is highly desirable.
Preferred Profile
Past Leadership roles in a consulting, technology, or product engineering organization.
Exposure to North American enterprise clients in multiple domains.
MBA or equivalent business exposure (preferred but not mandatory).
