Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Web Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of large-scale, cloud-native, and distributed web systems. The role requires deep expertise in frontend and backend technologies, cloud and DevOps practices, and enterprise-level security and performance optimization. You will serve as a technology leader, guiding teams and stakeholders in building scalable, secure, and future-ready platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Define enterprise web architecture (cloud-native, microservices, event-driven).
Design multi-tenant systems with strong data isolation strategies.
Lead frontend (React/Next/Vue/Angular) and backend (Node.js, Golang, Python) architecture.
Design scalable APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC).
Implement robust data modeling, data archiving, and lifecycle management.
Ensure security, performance tuning, and DevOps best practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
Mentor engineering teams and align technical vision with business goals.
Core requirements:
Strong experience in MongoDB (schema design, indexing, sharding, performance tuning).
Hands-on experience in multi-tenancy with data architecture.
Experience in data archiving and lifecycle management strategies.
Expertise in AWS/GCP/Azure and modern DevOps practices.
Deep understanding of security (OAuth, JWT, SSO, SSL/TLS).
Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
Leadership & Collaboration:
Partner with engineering leaders, product managers, and stakeholders to align technical strategies with business goals.
Provide technical mentorship to architects, senior engineers, and development teams.
Conduct technical deep dives, design reviews, and performance optimizations.
Champion agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and AI-driven automation.
