Role Overview:

Lead the strategy, architecture, execution, and business growth of the mobile technology division. This role blends deep technical expertise with strategic account management and revenue-driven leadership to deliver innovative, scalable mobile solutions and ensure client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Mobile Technology Strategy & Leadership

Define and execute mobile technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.

Drive innovation in mobile architectures (AI/ML, 5G, AR/VR, IoT, Web3, Gen AI).

Ensure adoption of scalable, secure, high-performance mobile solutions.

Align technology initiatives with overall business growth.

  1. Business Growth & Account Management

Drive new account acquisition and strategic mobile solution opportunities.

Lead farming & mining of accounts to expand revenues.

Own quarterly and annual revenue targets for mobile division.

Represent company in client negotiations, proposals, and business discussions.

  1. Project & Delivery Management

Oversee mobile project delivery ensuring time, cost, and quality adherence.

Establish KPIs, governance, and benchmarks for project success.

Drive Agile, SAFe, and DevOps adoption.

  1. Scalability, Security & Performance Optimization

Define best practices for compliance, encryption, and mobile security.

Optimize apps for availability, scalability, and performance.

Lead monitoring & observability (Firebase, Crashlytics, New Relic).

Explore PWAs, edge computing for mobile-first strategies.

  1. Team Leadership & Development

Build, mentor, and scale high-performing mobile teams.

Create frameworks for career progression and learning.

Foster innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence

Vendor & Partnership Management

Evaluate and manage vendors, technology partners, and outsourcing.

Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and optimize for profitability.

Build strategic alliances with cloud and software providers.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

Proven experience in mobile technology strategy, account management, and revenue ownership.

Deep technical expertise in iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin), Flutter, React Native, and backend integrations.

Cloud-native architectures, microservices, GraphQL, Docker, Kubernetes.

Hands-on DevOps, CI/CD, Firebase, app deployments.

Strong grasp of mobile security (OAuth, JWT, OWASP MASVS, compliance standards).

Demonstrated success in client growth, negotiations, and revenue generation.

Preferred:

Experience with AI/ML in mobile, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR, 5G, edge computing.

Certifications: AWS, GCP, Mobile Security, Agile Leadership.

Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms.

Education:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, IT, or Business Management.
