As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, select, and onboard top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on recruitment experience, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and growth plans.
  2. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract high-quality candidates.
  3. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  4. Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
  5. Offer Management: Extend offers to selected candidates, negotiate salary and benefits packages, and facilitate the onboarding process.
  6. Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand through online platforms, events, and other channels to attract top talent.
  7. Data Analysis: Track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, and provide regular reports to management to drive informed decision-making.
  8. Team Leadership: Manage a team of recruiters and coordinators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
  9. Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other vendors to supplement internal hiring efforts when necessary.
  10. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  11. Candidate Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing candidates. Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed, providing timely feedback, and addressing their concerns.
  12. Market Research and Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding recruitment best practices and process improvements.
  13. Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyse recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the team’s efforts. Generate regular reports and present performance data to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in talent acquisition, preferably in a staff augmentation or IT consulting environment. 
  • Previous experience (5+ years) in a team management role. 
  • Previous experience in hiring for leadership positions. 
  • Strong understanding of IT and technical roles, skills, and technologies. 
  • Familiarity with various sourcing methods and recruitment tools. 
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and team members. 
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software. 
  • Results-oriented mind-set with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets. 
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. 
  • High level of organizational and time management skills.
